- City Manager Terry Schwerm is indicating the potential turkey contractor has started baiting at his own risk. #

- project is still within budget. even Councilmember Huffman votes aye on this motion to approve. #
- pub works dir Mark Maloney detailing 4 contracts for maint center project that needed to rescind previous awards & accept new bids. #
- great job kids! this was a fun one to see. kids being recognized and getting pics taken with the mayor & council members. #

- city council orders owner of birch lane residence to abate the hazardous conditions with a 5-0 vote. #
- city asking resident to comply with timeline of repairs to be done in 2010. #
- shoreview city council discussing abatement of shoreview residence. resident's lawyer voices a vigorous defense against city. #
- shoreview city council tonight at 7pm. this is basically the final trial & sentencing for wild turkeys in shoreview. #
