- There were so many people in and at the Slice of Shoreview parade today. Wish I could have talked to more people but time sped by too fast! #
- beach balls & reusable grocery bags were a hit at the parade today! wish we had one for everyone that wanted them but only had 100 of each #
- had a fantastic time introducing the Shoreview Post in the Slice of Shoreview parade this morning. great to meet so many Shoreview people! #

- the Slice of Shoreview festival is this weekend Friday 4pm through Sunday 5pm. new this yr is dock dogs, chopper & hot air balloon rides . #
- the Mounds View schools 4, 5 & 6 graders performed their summer orchestra concert last night at MV High School. great music in a hot gym! #
- who out there is a veteran of parades? what kind of candy do you like to hand out? any ideas? i still have to pick some up! #
- received our box of Shoreview Post reusable grocery bags that we will hand out during the parade. will have beach balls & candy too!
# - received slice of shoreview parade packet tonight for the shoreview post. our place in the lineup is after Bremer Bank & before MV Softball #
- will start picking through the details of the council meeting tomorrow…. #
- 2 pub hearings on residential home building projects went through with no probs. reappointment to public safety committee an easy one too. #
- Shoreview city council meeting was a quick one tonight, only 45 minutes. everything was a slam dunk. #
- did you know the shoreview farmers market is under way and open weekly on tuesday afternoons 3-7pm? good stuff! #
- public hearing items are sometimes quick & easy but you never know. all it takes is one opposing opinion to create a prolonging debate. #
- the one general item on agenda tonight is appointment to the public safety committee. that will be short and sweet. #
- 2 public hearings tonight. 1 for cond use permit of residential garage like structure and other res request to vacate utility easement #
- shoreview city council meeting on tap 4 tonight @ 7pm. most items on consent agenda. #
