Those looking for a new apartment in the Shoreview area may be encouraged by the news that a developer is considering building a new 108-unit housing unit in the city.
But the four commercial tenants in Midland Plaza, a 13,000-square-foot strip mall in the 3500 block of Owasso Street that could be slated for demolition, are not as enthusiastic. Some of them just remodeled after a June accident in which a truck crashed through part of the building, damaged a water main and flooded parts of the building.
