The MN DFL SD54 2010 Endorsing Convention will be held on Saturday, March 13, 2010, at Roseville Area High School at 9:30 AM. Incumbents Rep. Mindy Greiling, HD54A, and Rep. Bev Scalze, HD54B are expected to be the candidates endorsed at this convention with no challengers likely. Sen. John Marty, SD54 is currently running for Governor but is expected to run again for SD54 in 2010 if he is not endorsed by the DFL at the state convention in April.

SD54 DFL Chair Michele Courneya said several speakers are expected to attend Saturday’s convention including Con. Betty McCollum, Con. Keith Ellison, several gubernatorial candidates or their representatives, several candidates for Ramsey County Attorney and Ramsey County Sheriff, and some of the candidates for other state offices.
